Any quote or estimate provided by JABCO is based on preliminary information. Final pricing may change upon further inspection or as project scope evolves. All estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.

A signed agreement is required before project commencement. This contract outlines deliverables, payment terms, timelines, and any warranties or guarantees.

6. Payments and Fees

Payment terms will be stated in your contract. Late payments may incur penalties, and services may be paused until payment is received. We accept various payment methods including bank transfer, cheque, and credit card.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

If a client chooses to cancel a scheduled project:

• Before work starts: A full or partial refund may be provided.

• After work has begun: Refunds are calculated based on work completed and materials used.

JABCO reserves the right to cancel services under unforeseen circumstances, in which case a fair refund will be issued.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, images, designs, and logos—is the property of JABCO and may not be reused or reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

JABCO is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses resulting from service delays, force majeure events, or any user’s misuse of our website or services.

10. Warranties and Guarantees

We provide service warranties as specified in the agreement. Warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval.
